SilkarStone, which started to meet all its energy needs in its factories in Bilecik, with the Solar Power Plant (SPP) commissioned in a September, produces energy resources in its factories with the awareness of leaving a more livable world to future generations, and contributes to the continuity of the life cylce by protecting our natural resources.

'’As Silkar, we remind ourselves about the importance to keep a livable planet to the future generations. At this point, while abiding the local and international regulations, we are aware that with small changes, we have the ability of saving natural resources and keeping cycle of life intact. Based on this aim, we have started to produce a total of 2170.8 kWp energy with our 2 SPP projects that we have invested in in order to benefit from sustainable energy sources in our factories.’’
